About this floor

Scented Spotted Gum brings a dark, sophisticated shade to any room as a hybrid floor. The design is inspired by Australian Spotted Gum, known for its lively grain and natural variation from board to board.

Boards measure 1820 x 225mm and are 9.7mm thick, with a 0.7mm wear layer over a 7.0mm SPC rigid core. The core is 100% waterproof and stable, an attached acoustic underlay softens footsteps, and the 5G click system makes installation quick and tidy. It sits in our most hardwearing hybrid range, with a 6 star acoustic rating and a thicker 0.7mm wear layer for busy homes.

Installation

Hybrid is installed as a floating floor using a click system. The attached underlay means no separate underlay is needed in most homes. The subfloor needs to be flat, clean and dry, and hybrid can often be laid over existing hard floors. Our installers check the subfloor at your free measure and quote.

Care & maintenance

Sweep or vacuum regularly and wipe up spills with a damp cloth. Use felt pads under furniture and mats at entrances. Avoid wet mopping, abrasive cleaners, wax or oil soaps.
