About this floor

Arden is a low 6 mm twist pile, 28 oz, built for busy homes. A short pile is easy to vacuum, shows fewer marks and suits stairs, hallways and rentals. It resists stains, UV and fading, and comes in five easy neutrals.

Nylon is the most resilient carpet fibre, so the pile springs back from daily foot traffic. Because the colour runs right through each solution-dyed strand, it resists fading and cleans up well.

Installation

We measure every room free of charge and plan seams to minimise joins and waste. Our installers fit the carpet over quality underlay on smooth-edge gripper, and power-stretch it so it stays flat and ripple free. Choosing a thicker underlay increases comfort and helps the pile keep its bounce. We move standard furniture and can remove and dispose of old flooring on request.

Care & maintenance

Vacuum weekly, and twice weekly in high-traffic areas, to lift grit before it wears the fibre. Blot spills straight away with a clean white cloth and cold water. Avoid rubbing, which can untwist the pile. Shading, where the pile looks lighter or darker from different angles, is normal in cut pile and is not a fault. Have the carpet professionally hot water extraction cleaned every 12 to 18 months to keep the warranty valid. Use furniture cups and move heavy pieces occasionally to avoid permanent dents.
